Sekoteng comes from Central Java. Filled with the sliced of bread, peanuts, tapioca pearls and green beans. Then add a warm ginger broth. It is suitable to be served when it is still warm, when a rainy day, the body feels not fit, or as a night snack. Usually sold using a traditional cart.
