Description
Se'i Sapi is a traditional cuisine from Kupang City, NTT. Se'i in Rote language means 'smoke', which tells the cooking process used is smoking the meat (using the heat of smoke). The beef smoking process is within 9 hours, so the meat becomes soft, juicy, and has a unique taste. People usually eat Se'i Sapi with rice, rumpu rampe (kind of mix vegetable, such as papaya flower, moringa leaves, cassava leaves, and many more), and some of Indonesian chili sauces too. Have you ever tried Se'i Sapi?
