Mie Godog Jogja is a traditional food from Yogyakarta. Its made from shredded chicken, eggs, chicken stock and vegetable pieces. What distinguishes Mie Godog Jogja from other noodles is the cooker will cook one by one on a clay stove (brazier) and fire from charcoal. In Jogja, usually you can only find it in the late afternoon.
