Description
Kue Lapis is a traditional snack, originally came from Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia. It’s made of rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk. Kue Lapis has its own uniqueness where it's layers appear in bright colors; usually pink, white, and green. This steamed layered sticky rice cake or pudding is quite popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
